Non-Verbal Communication: Pay attention to body language, facial expressions, and tone of voice. These cues can convey a wealth of emotions that words alone may not capture. 

Regular Check-Ins: Schedule regular check-ins to discuss your feelings, concerns, and the overall state of your relationship. This helps in preventing misunderstandings from festering.

Defining Boundaries: Boundaries are the invisible lines that define where you end and your partner begins. Establishing and respecting these boundaries is crucial for maintaining a sense of self, fostering trust, and creating a space where both individuals can thrive.
