In this workshop, you can learn how to live with anxiety without letting it control you. It may not be easy, but it IS possible when you replace the fear that holds you back and instead say, “Good morning anxiety, THIS is our plan for the day. I’M in control. Let’s go!” That is what this workshop is all about.

  • First, we’ll start by “facing the beast.” We’ll look at the biology of anxiety to better understand WHY and HOW it happens so we can use it to our advantage.
  • Then, you’ll learn a 3-step method to recognize, control, and soothe anxiety.
  • Finally, you’ll leave the workshop feeling empowered with new tools to control anxiety when it hits. You’ll be able to restore your sense of calm and control any situation life throws at you. You’ll finally feel excited to try new things and reach for your goals.

Anxiety doesn’t have to be a curse. Learn to use it to your advantage and you will never feel like a victim to your own thoughts again.
