In this workshop, you will:

  • Understand how sleep, stress, & nutrition impact your energy
  • Learn how to fuel your body & avoid daily energy crashes
  • Build sustainable habits that support your mind and body
  • Learn simple meal planning strategies that fit your busy life

 

This workshop will be held on June 6th at 10am virtually with a cost of $35/person to join. Led by Jessica Tucker, a Certified Nutrition Specialist & Certified Personal Trainer

Coping Through Creating

In this workshop, you will:

  • Explore meaningful themes like gratitude, mindfulness, and self-care through  creative expression
  • Create your own artwork in a pressure-free environment (no artistic experience or skill required)
  • Build coping skills you can carry into your everyday life 
  • Deepen your self-awareness through the process of art-making

 

This workshop will be held virtually on Wednesdays at 10:30am-11:30am from June 24th through July 22nd. There is a cost of $50/session to join. Led by Pamela Salcedo, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Art Therapist

Healing From a Painful Relationship

Healing after relationship pain takes time, intention, and the right emotional tools. In this course, you’ll learn how to process pain, rebuild self-trust, and understand the patterns that shape your relationships.

Through guided reflections, journaling, and other practical exercises, you’ll begin to release painful cycles and make space for emotional renewal.
